न फिटे हें ओझे मायेचा गुंडाळा I

भजणे यादवराजा हेंचि सत्य II

It says,
"Human body becomes a slave of senses and in turn is addicted to pleasures derived from them. One needs to elude the powerful impulse of senses and renounce the bodily arrogance by devotion to the Lord Supreme.
Elaborating on human life and bodily existence , Saint Namdev says ,
Human body is an unusual blend born of Illusion or Mother Creation..It is made of five basic elements  Earth , Water , Air , Fire , Ether. Suffering being it's only child , the only way to be free of its cumbersome burden is to surrender to the Supreme Lord with utmost devotion. Powerful grip of bodily arrogance loosens up when One realises that body withers with every passing moment and this firms the resolve on the path of devotion. Sufferings of body are futile and hence the only refuge is the devotion to Krishna , the Lord Divine who is at the core of all beings.
Assuming Him in all living beings if One associates with Wise Souls of Wisdom then it is a sure way on the path of Liberation , the Supreme Bliss. "
