राई एवढे पांखरू त्रिभुवनीं त्याचा फेरा रे I
नर आणि नारी त्या पाखराचा चारा रे II
पिंडामध्ये आहे त्याचा शोध तुम्ही करा रे I
मेरुच्या शिखरी त्या पाखराचा थारा रे II
येऊनि संसारा याचा अनुभव तुम्ही करा रे I
चोर्यान्शी लक्ष योनी चुकेल जन्माचा फेरा रे II
अट्ठावीस योजनें  तया पाखराचा फेरा रे I
बत्तिसा मुखाने तें बा घेतसे चारा रे I
अहंसभेमध्ये याचा शोध तुम्ही करा रे II

It says ,
" The Soul is a small bird  as tiny as of mustard seed. It transcends across the three realms of consciousness , the Gross , the Subtle and the Celestial worllds. It resides in all living beings.
Mount Meru is Sacred Golden mountain considered to be the centre of all the Physical , Metaphysical and Spiritual Universes. The Supreme Soul indwells at the peak of Mount Meru , the Heaven , where the Supreme God's reside. It is beyond the realm of senses.
Being born , One must consciously seek the Eternal Knowledge of Supreme Self , as it is beyond the domain of Perceptions.
The Self Realisation is the only way to be liberated  from  the unending  cycle of being reborn into 8.4 million species.
Illuminating  the thought of Self Realisation , Saint Namdev says , it is a journey of merging into the ocean of Supreme Consciousness and becoming One with it. As the Seeker experiences this Eternal Bliss , true nature of Supreme Soul unfolds. "
