काहे रे मन भुला फिरई I
चेती न राम चरन चित्त धरही II
नरहरि नरहरि जापिरे जीयरा I
अवधि काल दिन आवै नीयरा II
पुत्र कलित्र धन चित बेसासा I
छांडि मना रे झूठी आसा II
तू जिनि जानै ग्रेही ग्रेहा I
बिनसत बार कछु नहीं देहा II
कहत नामदेव झूठी देही I
ती सांची जे राम सनेही II

It says ,
" Illusion is often misconstrued as reality. Expounding it  Saint Namdev says ,
O ' Mind ,  Beware of the delusion of this worldly existence. Hold Supreme Lord Shri Ram dearly in your heart. Devote yourself in the Name Worship of Lord Supreme , as life diminishes with every passing moment. Hopeless it is to be absorbed in worldly relations such as wife , children and also in the worldly riches.
O ' Mind , relinquish the mundane desires and inculcate detachment from deep within. The body tends to wane quickly.
Saint Namdev says ,
The root cause of all sufferings is the duality of soul and the body. This duality vanishes as One surrenders completely to Supreme Lord Shri Ram.
The Grass withers , the flower fades ,
But the Name of Supreme Lord Shri Ram will stand forever. "
