राम म्हणता रामचि होसी I
भाक घेई मजपाशी II
लवण समुद्रा जागा मागे I
तेंहि समुद्र जाले अंगे II
वात दीपासंगे गेली I
तेहि दीप अंगे जाली II
नामा सांगे भाविक लोकां I
नाम घेता राहु नका II

It says ,
" Saint Namdev regards Name of Supreme Lord as a Vedic Scripture and calls it " नामवेद ".  He says ,
" As soon as One recites Name of Supreme Lord Shri Ram , he assumes Divinity. Illuminating the glory of Name Worship , Saint Namdev gives wonderful analogy. He says ,
 " Salt implores the Ocean to  give a place in its heart. But as soon as it enters the Ocean , the Salt ceases it's individuality and blends to become One with the Ocean. Similarly ,
The lamp is lighted and soon the light becomes the lamp in itself.
Such happenings in our everyday life are very suggestive and hence One must persistently recite the Name Of Supreme Lord Shri Ram , to become One with the Eternal Self. "
