जव कामिनी कटाक्ष बाण लागले नाही II
तोवरी रे तोवरी आत्मज्ञान बोध I
जोवरी अंतरी कामक्रोध उठले नाही II
तोवरी रे तोवरी निरभिमान I
जव देही अपमान जाला नाही II

It says ,
" Six negative elements lie deeply embedded within human psyche and they are deterrents on the journey of Self Realisation. They are 1) Desire & Lust  2) Anger 3) Greed  4) Delusion 5) Ego 6) Jealousy.
They cause sufferings and hence negatively influence our well-being physically , emotionally , mentally and spiritually .
Illuminating this thought Saint Namdev says ,
It is much easier to trumpet of detachment from worldly desires . However this resolve dissipates with a alluring gaze of a beautiful woman.
Professing of Self Realisation holds till the mind remains uninvaded of predicaments like evil desires and rage.
The facade of modesty and humility lasts till One is not attacked physically or insulted.
The Seeker of Supreme Self , who has raised himself beyond the body consciousness and for whom the duality has vanished , experiences the Divine Bliss Eternally. "
